Annual General Meeting

The purpose of the meeting as stated in the By-Law is for the approval of minutes, the approval of the Annual Report Book which contains reports from Officers and Committees, approval of the Financial Statements and the Nominating Committee Report . There will be a presentation from the Jeremiah 29 Team regarding our 1% Project. A recommendation regarding the sound board project may be brought up at this time. Deadline for reports is Sunday June 8.  Reports should be sent to Barrie Burhoe in Word format at barrie.burhoe@gmail.com.  Refreshments will be had to start the day right.
