DESCRIPTION:The purpose of the meeting as stated in the By-Law is for the a
 pproval of minutes\, the approval of the Annual Report Book which contains
  reports from Officers and Committees\, approval of the Financial Statemen
 ts and the Nominating Committee Report . There will be a presentation from
  the Jeremiah 29 Team regarding our 1% Project. A recommendation regarding
  the sound board project may be brought up at this time. Deadline for repo
