Isaiah 6:1-13

“In the year that King Uzziah died . . .”

A.  Isaiah saw the Lord – Isaiah 6:1-4

1. Seated
2. High and exalted
3. Train of his robe
4. “Holy, holy, holy”

B. Isaiah saw himself – Isaiah 6:5-7

1. Isaiah saw Isaiah! – “I am ruined . . .”
2. God cleansed Isaiah – The seraphs initiated the grace gift.

C. Isaiah saw his mission – Isaiah 6:8-13

1. Whom? – Isaiah 6:8
2. What? – Isaiah 6:9-10
3. When? – Isaiah 6:11-13

Application – Isn’t this “call” just for Isaiah?  If not, then how do we discern our call?
